He is a professional in Performing Arts with an emphasis on Acting and Dramaturgy, and a Ph.D. in Art Sciences from the Higher Institute of Art (ISA) of Havana. For more than twenty years he has been a university teacher and researcher in various subjects related to performing and audiovisual arts, and oral communication, in Cuban and Colombian universities, both undergraduate and graduate. For more than fifteen years he has served as a consultant, lecturer, and workshop leader on communication issues before audiences and the media, storytelling, assertive communication, representation of hierarchies, and powers (status). In all these subjects, he has stood out for his scenic, scientific, innovative and effective approach, which has earned him wide professional recognition. He has been a coach of high dignitaries of Colombian politics, candidates for the presidency, mayors, and governorships, and has advised ministers, congressmen, and directors of several multinational and Colombian companies; He is a consultant for the main strategic communications agencies in the country. He teaches Executive Training at CESA and other higher education institutions.
