Lawyer, Mediator and Doctor of Law from the National University of Mar del Plata. He has studied at the Academy of International Law in The Hague, at the Bancaja Center for Peace and Development in Spain and at the Academy of International Law in Xiamen, China. Dedicated to university teaching for more than 25 years, he has taught undergraduate and graduate classes at various universities and is a member of research groups on international environmental law, integration law and human rights. Author of numerous publications on his areas of interest, he has given conferences in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico and Peru.
