Doctor in Atmospheric Sciences. Specialist in mid-latitude synoptic meteorology and fore-casting on the sub-seasonal to seasonal scale. He currently works in the Sectorial Services area of the National Meteorological Service and He is Professor in the University of La Plata in the Chair of Synoptic Meteorology. He participated in different research projects in the area of Atmospheric Sciences and was director or co-director of degree thesis.
