He has an administration degree from Universidad Nacional del Nordeste. He undertook postgraduate studies, a specialization in Marketing from Universidad de Belgrano and another in Strategic Human Resources Management from Universidad Siglo 21. The author has work experience in management in both public and private organizations. In the academic area, he was director of several term papers of the Business Administration course; carried out research projects on marketing and organizational behavior; coordinated, collaborated with and implemented course accreditation projects and new syllabuses, e. g., the Master of Administration recently approved by the National Committee of University Evaluation and Accreditation (CONEAU); lectured in research conferences. Since 2014, he is tenured professor of Formulation and Evaluation of Projects, Management Planing and Control, Organizational Behavior and Mediation. Since 2017, besides his academic duties, he works as Manager of Human Resources of the Universidad Adventista del Plata.
