PhD and Master’s degree in State Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), Brazil; and was a post-doctor fellow in Constitutional Law at the University of Lisbon, Portugal. He is currently a Law professor in graduate and undergraduate programs at the International University Center (Uninter), in the city of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, and he also gives lectures at the Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público do Paraná (Fempar), a non-profit private institution specialized in legal education, in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil.
