Aleyda Pérez Herrera
Obtained the PhD in Biomedicine at the University of Cordoba, Spain. Her line of research is the nutritional characterization of native foods and its effect on the Metabolic Syndrome. She is currently Professor-CONACYT, attached to the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Integral Regional Development (CIIDIR) Oaxaca unit.
