Alfonso de Jesús Ruiz Moreno: Zootechnician Veterinary, Master’s degree in Sciences in Sustainable Animal Production of the UNACH. Director of the School of Veterinary Medicine of the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas. He has published more than 10 scientific articles in national and international journals.
