Marine biologist with a diploma in Environmental Engineering from University of Concepción, and a diploma in Operational Risk Management from Federico Santa María University. He has been an environmental manager in mining and forestry companies. He is president of the CONA Marine Pollution Working Group. His specialties are environmental management, wetlands and marine pollution.
