Dr. Carlos Brailovsky: Physician from the Faculty of Medicine, Universidad de Buenos Aires. In 1987, Master’s degree in Health Sciences Education from the Université Laval, in Québec (Canada). During his years at the Université Laval, he was Director of the Evaluation Centre in Health Sciences (CESSUL) and worked as consultant in Health Sciences Education at different Canadian and international organizations. He is professor of Medical Education at the School of Medicine, Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires (Argentina), professor of Health Sciences Education at Universidad de Chile and Correspondent Member of the National Academy of Medicine (Argentina).
