Civil Engineer specialized in Construction Works Administration and PhD in Territorial Management and Transportation Infrastructure from the Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya, Spain. Winner of the III Doctoral Thesis Contest on Technology for Development in the field of International Cooperation, Spain, 2008. He has participated in national and international academic events as a lecturer and speaker and has published scientific articles in various national and international indexed journals. Currently, he is a member of the CIROC Research Group (Universidad de La Salle) and coordinates the Urban Mobility Seedbed in the Civil Engineering Program.
