PhD in Business Sciences from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, España and Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile. In the last 25 years has carried out multiple projects in the business, educational and local, regional and national development areas, in leadership, coordination and execution roles, commissioned by various public and private institutions. He has also taught and held positions of academic coordination in the areas of General Management, Marketing, Human Resources and Labor Skills, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
