Economist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He develops as an advisor to the Central Logistics Management in Social Health Insurance (EsSalud). He has been a professor at the Universidad ESAN, where he taught Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and General Economy, and also assistant professor at the Chorrillos Military School. Consultant and planner, he has worked for various public institutions: Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Training Center in Tourism (Cenfotur), Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, Universidad Nacional Intercultural de Quillabamba and National Superintendence of Education (Sunedu).
