Bachelor of Systems Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería and postgraduate in Finances at Universidad ESAN, where he is the chair of the Information Technology and Operations, director of the Master’s degree in Information Technology program and director of the Master’s degree in Project Management program.
