PhD in Education from the University of São Paulo. She developed activities related to teaching guidance, supervision and training for managers of municipal schools. Researcher and teacher in undergraduate and graduate programs. She is currently a teacher and researcher at the Stricto-Sensu Postgraduation Program in Education at the Methodist University of São Paulo.
