She graduated from the National University of Córdoba (Argentina) and is a mediator, lawyer and representative in court. She a professor at the National University of Salta, and a lecturer in graduate and post-graduate degree programmes. She completed the specialization in Public and Business Law (University of Castilla, La Mancha, Spain), in Tort Law (University of Buenos Aires, Argentina), and obtained the Diploma in Advanced Doctorate Studies “Teaching and Research Period of the Inter-University Doctorate in Legal Sciences” (University of Castilla, Spain). She is a member of the Institute of Environmental Law and Sustainability of the Catholic University of Salta (Argentina). She has also written several legal articles.
