Epifania Lozano López: Agroindustrial Engineer and teacher in Agrifood Science and Technology by the Universidad Autónoma Chapingo. She has two diploma courses on palm oil and trained in the diploma "didactic planning mediated by technology" at the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas. She has published scientific articles in journals such as the Revista Iberoamericana de Ciencias Brownsville and the Journal of Agriculture of the University of Puerto Rico, among others; as well as three chapters of a book and a book. Full-time professor 2010-2018 at the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas Campus Catazajá. Member of the Research System in Tabasco since 2015.
