Born in General Las Heras, Buenos Aires Province, in 1968. Bachelor’s degree in Sociology; Master’s degree in Research in Social Sciences and PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. He works as a professor of undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the UBA and at the National University of the Littoral. He was the academic secretary of the Sociology Department of the UBA and is currently a full member of the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Humanities and Sciences at the UNL. For 20 years he has been studying male homosexuality from a sociological perspective, seeking synergies and links with other disciplines, especially with the social studies of speech and the ethnography of communication.
