Professor of Environmental Law at the Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation and Assistant Professor in the Doctoral Program in International Environmental Law at the Catholic University of Santos. Member of the Editorial Board of Interfacehs Journal (ISSN 1980-0894), Derechos Difusos (ISSN 1517-9192) and the brazilian Journal of Bioenergy (ISSN 1677-3926). Scientific Director of the Brazilian Society of International Environmental Law – SBDIMA, Advisor Board Network member of Regional Governments for Sustainable Development (SBDIMA). He has been CEO for CETESB-Environmental Company of São Paulo.
