Florencia Roulet

Born in El Dorado, Misiones province, in 1961. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History (FFyL – UBA) and PhD in Anthropology. She wrote La resistencia de los Guaraní del Paraguay a la conquista española, 1537-1556 [The Paraguayan Guaranis resistance to the Spanish conquest] (Posadas, National University of Misiones, 1993) and Derechos Humanos y Pueblos Indígenas. Un manual sobre el sistema de las Naciones Unidas [Human rights and native people. A manual on the United Nation’s system] (Copenhague, Aukiñ Wallmapu Ngulam – Consejo de todas las tierras/IWGIA, 1997), as well as several papers and contributions to scientific works on Ethno-history at the south border and native people’s rights.
