Assistant Professor at the Department of International Relations of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá (Colombia). PhD in Political Science from the University of Manchester (United Kingdom); Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick (United Kingdom) and Political Scientist from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, he has devoted most of his academic research to the study of regionalism in South America.
