Doctor in Linguistics from the University of Buenos Aires, Master in Education from the National University of La Plata and Master in Linguistics from the Technological University of Pereira. He is currently a full-time professor at the Industrial University of Santander, Colombia. Senior researcher in the areas of discourse analysis, rhetoric and language education. Member of the research groups Glotta (Industrial University of Santander, category B) and Language and Education Studies (Technological University of Pereira, category A).
