Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Master’s degree in Regional Integration Processes from the University of Buenos Aires. He has taken graduate and specialization courses in Strategic Management and Planning (UBA) and Systematic Thinking for Strategic Planning (ITBA). He is currently studying a PhD in Social Science at the UBA. He works as an advisor at the Argentine Honorable House of Representatives, where he is also a chair professor of the Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security Seminar lectured at the Parliamentary Training Institute. He has also worked as a journalist and has written several papers on regionalism and integration.
