Teacher of French language at the National Institute of Teachers of Paraná (Entre Ríos, Argentina). Holds a Degree in Linguistics from the University of Paris III, Sorbonne (France), and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Tours (France). In 1995 she was awarded the title of "Knight of the Order of Academic Palms" by the Government of France. Author of articles of literary criticism in various university publications and the books Gastronomía & Co. (Ediciones UNL, 2010), S/T flavors vs time (Ediciones UNL, 2012), Small bites of words (Ediciones UNL, 2014); compiler of From heroes, readers and readings (Ediciones UNL, 2007). Winner of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
