Founder and coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry taught at the Faculty of Medicine of UNAM. Founder and Director of the Training Center on Independent Living for Individuals with Intellectual Disability since 1984. Member of the Latin American Panel of Experts for the revision and modification of the ICD 11 of the WHO in the area of intellectual disability. Level I member of the National Researchers System.
