Horacio Ruiz Hernández: Zootechnitian Veterinary, Master’s degree in Sustainable Animal Production of the UNACH. Full-time professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas. He was a member of the Research System from the National Council of Science and Technology, Chiapas from 2008 to 2012. He has published more than 5 scientific articles in national and international journals.
