Professor of the Postgraduate Program in History of Science and Health/Casa de Oswaldo Cruz/Fiocruz and the Postgraduate Program in Living Conditions and Health Situations in the Amazon (PPGVida/Fiocruz Amazônia). He holds a doctorate degree in History from Fluminense Federal University (UFF), where he also completed an undergraduate degree in the area. Master in Urban and Regional Planning (Coppe/Federal University of Rio de Janeiro).
