Jaime Serida: PhD in Business Administration at the University of Minnesota, United States. Master’s degree from Universidad ESAN. He is currently dean of the ESAN Graduate School of Business and leading professor of the Information Technology and Operations at Universidad ESAN, where he has also been academic vice rector, academic director and chair of the Information Technology and Operations.
