Agricultural Engineer graduated from the University of Costa Rica. He has 37 years of professional experience as a coffee specialist.
He has participated as principal researcher in the development of
more than 50 projects in different areas of agronomic knowledge
of the crop; he has published numerous articles in specialized
journals of agronomy and coffee. In addition, he has written six
books on topics related to coffee growing. He has been a speaker in
international forums and has been an instructor in coffee courses
in several countries.
