Josefina Nagore

Josefina Nagore: professor of Latin Culture and Language at the School of Literature and Philosophy from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where she obtained a PhD in Classic Languages. She was also a professor at INES “Mariano Acosta” (Higher Education Institute), ISP “Dr. Joaquín V. González” (Institute for Professors’ Training) and Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires (National School of Buenos Aires). She attended congresses in national and international Classic Studies, where she lectured on topics related to Latin literature. Josefina directed several UBACyT and PICT research projects and published various articles in specialized magazines. She was also an editor for two publications: Estrategias intertextuales en la narrativa latina: el “Satyricon” de Petronio (Intertextual strategies in Latin narrative: Petronio’s Satyricon) (Eudeba, 2003) and Voces y lecturas de la novela latina (Latin novel voices and readings) (FFyL – UBA, 2005).
