Levi Marques Pereira

Degree in Social Sciences from PUCCAMP and specialized in Latin American history from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul. Master’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), PhD in Science (social anthropology) from University of São Paulo (USP), and a PhD in Social Anthropology from Unicamp. Pereira is a professor at the Federal University of Grande Dourados (UFGD), where he lectures to undergraduate students at the Faculty of Indigenous Intercultural Education and at postgraduate courses in Anthropology and History. The author has experience in Anthropology, with emphasis on South American ethnology. He also conducted surveys for the State and Federal Justice, did technical works for governments, UNICEF and UNESCO, and collaborated on studies about environmental license.
