Liliana L. Jubilut

Liliana L. Jubilut: Law Degree from the University of São Paulo (2000), a master’s degree in International Law from the University of São Paulo (2003), LL.M. in International Legal Studies from the New York University School of Law, which she attended through Hugo Grotius Scholarship (2006) and a PhD in International Law from the University of São Paulo (2007). She completed postdoctoral studies at the Columbia Law School (as a Visiting Scholar) in the Spring Semester of 2012 (with a FAPEMIG scientific internship grant) and in the Refugee Law Initiative of the University of London (as a Visiting Fellow) in the first half of 2016. She is a member of the American Society of International Law, the European Society of International Law and the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association). She was a member (alternate) of the International Committee on International Human Rights Law (ILA) and the Executive Board of its Brazilian Branch (ILA-Brazil) from 2014 to 2017. Rachel de Oliveira Lopes: Graduated in Law from Universidade de Fortaleza (1995); Master’s degree at Mestrado em Direito Internacional from Universidade Católica de Santos (2016). She has experience in Law, specially in: under-age international restitution and international regimes.
