Liliana Marisa Malvestitti

Liliana Marisa Malvestitti: PhD in Linguistics from the UBA. Since 2009 she has been a professor in the area of Language Sciences in the careers of Arts at the National University of Río Negro (UNRN) and as a researcher at the Institute for Research on Diversity and Processes of Change (IIDYPCA-UNRN/CONICET). She obtained the grant from the John Simon Guggenheim Foundation in 2005. Directs research projects and her scientific production includes nine books as author, co-author or editor in collaboration, in national and foreign university editorials as well as numerous chapters of books and articles in journals, which concern subjects related to sociolinguistics, the description and history documentation of the indigenous languages of Patagonia, and their contact with Spanish.
