Born in Buenos Aires in 1957. PhD in Social Science and is a Sociologist graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires; he is an undergraduate and graduate professor (UBA-UNR); researcher in the field of Cultural Studies and the Instituto de Investigaciones Gino Germani (IIGG-UBA). He is a researcher at the Centro de Investigaciones en Mediatizaciones, Facultad de Ciencia Política y RRII, UNR (Mediatization Research Center, School of Political Science and International Relations-UNR), a member of the Academic Committee of the Cultural Studies Program at Centro de Estudios Avanzados, UNR (Center of Advanced Studies, UNR), and member of the Asociación Argentina de Estudios de Cine y Audiovisual ASAECA (Argentine Association of Film and Audiovisual Studies ASAECA). He is the author of several texts, articles, essays and academic papers on TV and TV series.
