PhD in Business Administration from Universidad WHU (Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung), Germany. Master’s degree from Universidad ESAN and her Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima. Business professor and head of the Office of Institutional Programs at Universidad ESAN. Before dedicating herself to an academic career, she held management positions in the private sector. She was manager of Human Resources, Business, and Finances in companies in the construction, real estate and industrial sectors. In the public sector, she has done consultancy work, mainly in strategic planning, environment work and social responsibility. She has published articles in prestigious academic journals and chapters in collaborative books in the United States and Spain, as well as her own books.
