Agricultural Engineer and at present a graduate student (Agricultural Production in Semi-Arid Regions, School of Agriculture – National University of La Pampa (UNLPam)). Ing Murcia is a teaching assistant in dairy production at School of Agriculture, National University of La Pampa (UNLPam), Argentina. His research area focuses on the alternative use of whey. He has participated in numerous extension projects and also in university institutional activities.
