Degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (1980); Master’s degree in International Law from the University of São Paulo (1988) and PhD in Law (Department of Economic and Financial Law) from the University of São Paulo (2000). She specializes in Administrative and Environmental Law with an emphasis on water law, water resources, environment, sanitation, public contracts, concessions and biddings.
