Food Engineer and Specialist in Food Business Management at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. Master’s degree in Process Design and Management with an emphasis in Food from the Universidad de La Sabana. More than 16 years of experience in areas such as postharvest handling and the industrialization of the fruit and vegetable sector. Participates in the Science, Technology and Food Processing Engineering research group at the Universidad de La Salle.
