PhD in Administration from the University of Celaya (Mexico), Master in Teaching from La Salle University, Specialist in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from the University EAN. Researcher and co-researcher in themes of demobilized people reinstatement to both the civilian and working life, organization management, competitiveness, sustainable management and partnering of SMEs. She has been an adviser and consultant in themes related to organizational management both in private and public companies. She is the author of many articles and book chapters. She is currently a professor of both undergraduate and graduate courses at La Salle University.
