Marta Lucía Restrepo Torres
Master’s degree in Communication, with studies in Senior Management at Inalde; marketing expert and Social Communicator at the Javeriana University. With over twenty years of experience management in publishing companies, communication, and the education sector, currently is member of several boards of directors. In parallel, has been a university professor for twenty-two years in marketing and applied research, space in which she has developed methods for customer management and CRM, under the concept Kapital Cliente®. Has published three books, and more than 150 articles in the press and specialized magazines about Kapital Cliente®. Is a member of the Ibero-American Relational Marketing Network and CRM, and for fourteen years has led the Latin American Relational Marketing and CRM Forum. Is an associate professor, researcher and consultant at CESA.
