Martín Dagoberto Mundo Molina
Master’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering at the Postgraduate Studies Division of the School of Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). PhD in Engineering at the Department of Hydraulics from the Universidad Politécnica in Madrid. He has made more than 80 technical reports on hydraulic issues, floods, climate change and appropriate technologies for rural communities. He has taught in some universities in Mexico. He has participated as a speaker in various national and international technical events. He has directed Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD theses. He has more than 50 publications in journals at national and international level. He has published two books ad he is author of books’ chapters. He was also President of the Asociación Mexicana de Hidráulica, Chiapas. He was a member of the Editorial Board of Tláloc magazine at the Asociación Mexicana de Hidráulica and part of the evaluation committee of the 6th International Congress on Computers use in Agriculture of the American Society of Agricultural Engineers (ASAE). Recently organized, as member of the Scientific Committee of the "6th International Symposium of Sediment Management". He is a reviewer of technical articles for the Hydraulic Engineering Magazine in Mexico (now Technology and Water Sciences), the International Journals “Journal of Climate Change”, and "British Journal of Applied Science & Technology"; He has won two international and 8 national awards.
