Martín Lozada

PhD in Law from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He was a UNESCO Professor in Peace, Democracy and Human Rights at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands (2008). Professor at the National University of Río Negro (UNRN). He has served as a criminal judge in the province of Río Negro, Argentina, for more than a decade and currently does so as Chief Prosecutor in the Third Judicial District of the province. His bibliographic production includes “The public law of Río Negro (1993)” –co-authored–, “The new international order and its effects in the international criminal law field” (1994), “Private security and its impacts on the state of law “(2000), and” Genocide: the fundamental crime “(2006). He collaborates in the newspapers Río Negro, Página 12 and Le Monde Diplomatique.
