Matías Vernengo: professor of Economy at Bucknell University, Pennsylvania, and the author of half a dozen books and over fifty articles published in specialized journals. He was CRO of the Banco Central de la República Argentina, professor at the University of Utah, the Kalamazoo College and the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), as well as visiting professor at a number of universities and external consultant at many United Nations organizations.
