PhD in Constitutional Law, with emphasis on Human Rights, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a master’s degree on Human Rights, also from PUC-SP, and a Bachelor’s on Law from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). She is a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School and a professor at the UFPR Law School, where she coordinates the Center for Studies on Human Rights Systems (NESIDH-UFPR).
