Sociologist, with a Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in Socio-educational Research. Researcher for 47 years, author of 16 books and numerous articles published in national and international magazines. He is currently linked to the PROMETEO research group, of the Faculty of Psychology, at the Cooperative University of Colombia, Villavicencio Campus, and to the ESECU Research Group of the National Directorate of Schools of the National Police of Colombia.
