Nicolás Emanuel Olivares is a lawyer from the National University of Córdoba (UNC) and a university lecturer at UCC. He holds a PhD degree in Law and Social Sciences and an MA degree in Law and Legal Argumentation both from UNC. He is a Constitutional History lecturer and also a Constitutional Law lecturer at UNLPam. He has been a PhD grant holder at CONICET CIJS-UNC (2012-2017), post-doctoral intern grant holder CONICET-IEHSOLP (2017-2019), and at present, post-doctoral external grant holder CONICET-GIRONA (2019-2021).
