Omar Alberto Locatelli: Degree in Strategy and Organization and Master’s degree in History of War. He completed a specialization in Geopolitics, (Superior School of War of the Argentine Army), and also attended the Master’s in International Relations at the University of La Plata. He has completed the Superior Course of Joint Military Strategy and Staff Officer (War College of the Argentine Army). He has completed the Exploration Elements Leadership and Driving course (US Armored School) and the International Counterterrorism Strategies Course (ISRAEL ICT Counterterrorism Institute). He has a specialization in Leadership of Work Groups (MILENIUM Foundation). He has served annually as President of the Thesis Tribunal of students at the War College. Adherent member of the Argentine Institute of Military History. He is also level V researcher of the Ministry of Education.
