PhD in Social Sciences from the Universidad de Buenos Aires; Master’s degree in Social Sciences (FLACSO); and Bachelor in Political Science (UNR). He is currently Rector of the National University of Rafaela, Director of the Development and Territory Studies Center (UNR-UNSAM) and independent researcher (UNR). He is a Latin American reference in issues related to territorial development, issue on which he published several works like: Other Development. The change from cities and regions, UNSAM edits (2008); Endogenous Development Policy, Editorial Académica Española (2011); State and Economic Groups (1983-1989), CEAL (1990), among others.
