Óscar Perdomo Gamboa
Social communicator and journalist (Universidad Autónoma de Occidente). Master’s degree in Colombian and Latin American Literature, and PhD in Humanities, cohort of Afro-Latin Stories, Societies, and Cultures (Universidad del Valle). He has published several fiction books, among them: Hacia la Aurora (Jorge Isaacs Nobel Prize, 1988); Ella, mi Sueño y el Mar (collection of romantic stories), and Allá en la Guajira Arriba (historical novel about the Admiral José Prudencio Padilla, winner of the Estímulos Cali Prize 2016). He is a writer, researcher, and professor in the Social Communication School from the Universidad del Valle.
