Business Manager with as Master’s degree in Environment and Development; and PhD in Administration. He is also specialized in nine different fields in the areas of management, education and communication. Currently professor in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Santa Cruz College, Paraná, Brazil, at the Ensitec College, and at the University Center of Maringá (Unicesumar). He also gives lectures on topics related to the areas of Human Resources, Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
