Was born in 1976 in Ecuador. His university studies were carried out in the field of Physics at the Escuela Politécnica Nacional in Quito and in the area of Environment at the Universidad Central University del Ecuador for his PhD.
He has worked as a professor of Physics and Mathematics for different Universities and Technological Institutes. He is currently a professor of Environmental Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Industries of the UTE University.
